GHC Building Services was prompt, quick and efficient. I haven’t had my carpets cleaned in 8 years. My Carpet and stairs look brand new. The price is reasonable as well.

I simply cannot give a higher possible recommendation. I was convinced that we were going to have to rip our carpets out and replace them before selling our house, but GHC brought them back to life, and made the floors look like new!

Ron with GHC cleaned our carpets today. Our carpet is 15 years old but after the cleaning, they looked much better than expected. Ron was on time, efficient and super friendly. He answered all my questions. Very pleased with the results and I would call GHC again!!

Thank you Ron for being on time and doing a great job on our carpets. We had 2 bedrooms, a loft and steps cleaned with 1 or 2 minor stains. All was taken care of and the areas smelled so fresh. The cleaning equipment used was laid out with care to ensure no water or anything was spilled as the carpets were all upstairs. Don't keep searching! I have been needing to get my couch and area rug professionally cleaned. I called GHC and not only were they responsive, they made a big effort to accommodate my (inflexible) schedule! Ron showed up on time and did an incredible job on my couch and rug. I have multiple pets (dogs and cat) and after Ron finished cleaning, my couch and rug look brand new and smell so good! I’m am so happy with the quality of work and would highly recommend GHC!

Ron Took my phone call on a general inquiry. My need was immediate, because the place I moved into needed his touch right away. He squeezed me in, showed up within two hours, and proceeded to do THE most thorough and detailed cleaning I’ve ever experienced. I never knew you could deep clean mattresses. I was ready to throw a mattress away and GHC made it look brand new. Highly recommend their services. Very professional.

Ron was amazing and truly worked what we thought was a miracle on the mattresses we had cleaned. We initially were going to toss them, but I thought to call and try and get them cleaned first. SO glad i called. 2/3 mattresses we had serviced by Ron were HEAVILY stained from guests making messes and our 3 year old in his own bed during potty training times. he made them SPOTLESS and at such a great price, too. one of our mattresses especially was custom layered and Ron really did wonders although we weren't sure how clean it could get. so impressed and highly recommend Ron and his business.

We were honestly blown away at how great our service was. AND at an amazing price point. We had 3 mattresses that had a good amount of stains and messes due to our little ones and every single mattress turned out looking brand new. highly impressed and so thankful i called instead of throwing out these mattresses. 10/10 recommend.

I have been using different carpet cleaning companies over the last 4 years and what ever they use as stain remover is amazing! No has has been able to get it out but this company. I had stains on a swivel rocker for 3 years-coffee, chocolate milk. He got it out!! The stairs which as most traffic have never looked better. The employee who came was professional and was attentive to my concerns. Will be using them again in 6 months!
