Ron was wonderful... I will definitely use his services again.... He was efficient and very detailed and what was needed I really appreciate him. You would not regret it used to services.

We were so happy with GHC Building Maintenance! Ron showed up right on time, and was very communicative and personable the whole time he was here. He cleaned two queen sized mattresses for us, and his work is excellent…they look great! I will definitely recommend their services to our friends!

Ron Singletary is the owner/operator. Ron arrived when he said he would. Ron explained what he was doing and how. Ron helped me move some small pieces of furniture for thorough cleaning. Ron explained that the cleaning process is safe for my dog to walk on, even if the carpet wasn’t completely dry. I recommend Ron’s services for your home or business.

Ron Singletary was timely , professional and didn’t leave any mess . The tile cleaning and sealant in impeccable . Will use GHC again . Would highly recommend to anyone.

Comment: Quinton did a great job for a great price! Lots of pet stains that all came up. One old plant stain did not come up, but he tried. Would recommend GHC to anyone looking.

I was about to replace the carpet as the high traffic areas were really dirty. The cleaning restored them and they look great. Highly recommended! The attention to detail and workmanship was excellent!

OMG these guys did an awesome job!! They called before their arrival showed up 20 mins early which is a plus so professional!! I gave them some great cleaning music and this is the out come I recommend them to anyone that need a touch of freshness thank you guys so much !!

Very thankful for GHC and for Ron, for cleaning our carpets! I am in a rental townhouse and I needed to get the carpets professionally cleaned before I moved out. I called to schedule an appointment and they were available to clean the carpets for us on the date that we needed it done by. We scheduled to get the upstairs and stairs carpet cleaned. A day before our scheduled appointment, my husband accidentally used cleaner on a wool carpet that we have, which turned the rug blue in a few areas. I called Ron to ask if he could also help us with the rug during our scheduled appointment and he said he would be happy to help! Ron arrived on time and did such an amazing job! The carpet upstairs looks brand new!! And it smells so good! Ron was also able to get the blue stains out of the wool rug! He is amazing!! Ron was able to schedule my appointment in less than 3 days to clean the carpets. He was able to get all the stains out. The carpets are pristine. I will definitely use his services in the future.
