I unfortunately had to cancel my appointment but I will say that they were so friendly and helpful both when I made my appointment and when I called back in to cancel. Next time I need a carpet shampooed - they'll be my guys.

Arrived on time and very knowledgeable about his task. Floors look and smell 100% better.

My experience with GHC building maintenance was excellent! Not only was I able to schedule an emergency cleaning of my couch (due to dog urine!) for the next day, they also did a great job! They were able to remove the stain and smell. I really appreciated how fast they were able to come out and take care of it. They also cleaned our carpets at the same time and it was very affordable. Additionally, there was a miscommunication about access to the apartment and they waited until the apartment office was open. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Quinton at GHC did an awesome job on our carpet cleaning! He was prompt, professional and paid attention to detail. We'd definitely recommend him and will use GHC again.

They called to tell me they were on the way and they arrived when they said they would. They were friendly, polite, courteous, very neat and clean. They introduced themselves right off the bat. It was a good experience. My carpet is completely dry and stain free. Great job!

The cleaners did a good job some stains would not come out but they did give it a try

Comment: I love the work that they did in my apartment. I've been trying to get the pet odor out of my carpet and they did just that. Not only that, but they were very professional. I would use this company again!

Quinton arrived early, after calling to make sure it would be ok. He was very courteous, worked very hard and left our carpets looking like new. One of the rooms had some serious stains, but he was able to get every single one out. The rate was among the lowest we received and we took a chance. You should as well.
